The data controller is CG.Studio, publisher of SFUMIA. Your name is optional; your email address, topic and message are needed to reply. Access is restricted to the people handling your request and our hosting and email providers.

Requests about a quote or contract are handled to take steps before entering into a contract or to perform it. Other requests and spam protection rely on our legitimate interest in replying and protecting this service.

Our target retention period for requests is one year after closure. Its implementation still needs to be finalised. Anti-spam counters contain neither the message nor the email address; IP address identifiers are protected using a key and their records expire after at most one hour. Expired entries are deleted the next time the form is used.

You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data and, depending on your circumstances, restriction of or objection to processing. Use this form or the contact details in the legal notice. You may also lodge a complaint with the CNIL. The privacy policy describes other processing and the points still being validated.
