02 · BEFORE YOU START
Before installation
- Use a 64-bit Windows PC. Local models have their own memory and graphic card needs.
- Save your projects and try your workflow before a major production: SFUMIA is in beta.
- For account and cloud functions, log in to your SFUMIA account. Cloud processing transmits the necessary data to a external service.

Windows showing a warning?
During the beta, SmartScreen may show a warning even for a signed installer: SFUMIA is still new to Windows.
- Click “More info”.
- Check the file and publisher against the information on this page.
- Click “Run anyway” if that button is available.
This guide only applies to the installer downloaded from sfumia.ai. If the publisher does not match, Windows reports a threat, or the button is missing, contact your administrator or support@sfumia.ai. Keep Windows protection enabled.
